Sales and Marketing Manager
ABOUT US:
Our Client, Vilcom Networks Limited is a communications company headquartered in Nairobi. Vilcom uses fiber optics technology to deliver affordable, reliable, and high-speed internet for homes and corporates.
Vilcom is looking for a sales and marketing manager who work closely with management to create and implement the Sales & Marketing strategy. He/she will lead the sales and marketing team and will be a liaison with sales agencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
- understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
- Communicating with target audiences by building and developing customer relationships.
- Coming up with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns to promote the company’s brand.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Tracking marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management’s review.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or any related course
- Have a minimum of three years experience in sales and marketing of FTTH, retail, digital marketing or corporate sales.
